Is the Facebook page tagged connection not accurate?

The connection named "tagged" in the Facebook Page API documented here states that the field tagged includes "The photos, videos, and posts in which the Page has been tagged" however this does not appear to be the case, a query on the graph API for a page ID using tagged seems to return posts made by users to the pages timeline (which is handy but not what is documented!).I have conducted a test by tagging a page using the @pagename method and the results do not include these posts. Can anybody confirm that this is correct and that you are unable to return posts that have been tagged using @pagename via the API?
